Monday 9am~Beginner Tai Chi 

Beginner Level

(This is an in-person class)

We will teach Qigong and Chen Style Tai Chi 24 form. Students will be introduced to basic Tai Chi disciplines and learn new movement each week. Class is on-going and progress each week with new materials.

 

 

Tuesday 9 am~ Vinyasa Flow 

Open Level

(This is a Zoom class)

This is a fun morning flow class! It is an open level Yoga class. Instruction focuses on pair movement with breath; using correct body alignments and explore through variety of poses; learning protective tips to avoid injuries; knowing what to do and what not to do.  All poses are demonstrated and explained in detail for easy following. New Yoga poses are introduced each week! 

Wednesday 9:00 am ~ Qigong & Tai Chi Easy

Beginner Level

(This is a zoom class) 

This is a perfect class for anyone who wants to have a great session of Qigong and Taichi meditation! Students leave class feeling super relaxed, energized, and very happy! This class is also ideal for someone who is new to the art of Qigong and Tai Chi! Students learn basic principles of Qigong/Tai Chi through various qigong/tai chi forms. Form 24 will be introduced and Lucy demonstrates and explains all movements in detail for easy following. Students gain an overall health benefit, plus getting energized and becoming optimistic towards life in general! 

 

Thursday 9:00 am ~Morning Tai Chi

Intermediate Level 

(This is a zoom class)

This class is for continuing students who have finished form 24, form 48, and also just finished studying form 71. This is an intermediate/Advanced level class.

Saturday 9am~Morning VyniasaYoga Flow

Open Level

This is an in-person class. 

Start your weekend with a great yoga flow. This morning yoga flow will provide you with the rejuvenation that you need to feed the body and mind; you will learn a great amount of Yoga Asanas each week, so your will get stronger and become more flexible.
